For the past Ten years, Kenneth Field has worked as the Training Director of the Cleveland Electrical JATC (CEJATC) apprenticeship program. The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and the National Electrical Contractors Association has continually supported the registered CEJATC apprenticeship program for more than 40 years.
Currently, Mr. Field is a member of the National Electrical Training Directors Association, Midwest Ohio Electrical Training Directors Association and the Ohio Electrical Training Directors Association. In addition, Mr. Field serves on several high school advisory boards including the Cuyahoga Valley Career Center, the Lorain County Joint Vocational School (Lorain JVS) and the Cleveland Max Hayes High School advisory committee.
Kenneth Field completed a CEJATC four-year electrical apprenticeship in 1990. He worked as a journeyman electrician, foreman and service truck technician for 17 years (1990-2007). On a part time basis, he taught journeyman electrical education classes at the CEJATC for seven years (2000-2007). He also worked as the Training Coordinator for the CEJATC from (2007-2009). Field is committed to the training and education of our future workforce.
