Representative Bill Reineke is currently serving his third term as state representative for the 88th Ohio House District, which includes all of Sandusky County and most of Seneca County.
Community involvement and development has always been a passion for Rep. Reineke. He has worked closely with the Seneca County Chamber of Commerce, Seneca County Industrial & Economic Development Corporation,Tiffin Tomorrow, and Tiffin Rotary Club as a business owner in Tiffin and now representing the district in Columbus. Rep. Reineke is focused on creating a strong business climate that enables both employers and employees to thrive. His policy priorities include job creation, workforce training, economic development, and downtown revitalization.
Rep. Reineke is a business partner in Reineke Family Dealerships with his two brothers. The family business,which started in 1960 by his father, has grown to include ten dealerships selling autos, trucks and RVs and employ over 450 full and part-time workers. The family received the 2010 Excellence in Family Business award from the University of Toledo Entrepreneurial Business Hall of Fame.
Rep. Reineke was raised in Fostoria as the oldest of ten children. He attended Morehead State University and earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is a 35-year resident of Tiffin and the proud father of two daughters.
