Who can Enroll?
To participate, you must be an Ohio resident who is low income, partially unemployed, or totally unemployed.
- "Low-income individual" has the same meaning as "low-income person" in section 122.66 of the Revised Code: http://codes.ohio.gov/orc/122.66
- "Partially unemployed" and "totally unemployed" have the same meanings as in section 4141.01 of the Revised Code: https://codes.ohio.gov/orc/4141.01
Individual training programs may have additional requirements. To learn more, please contact the IMAP training provider you are interested in using.
The Ohio Department of Development will not be involved in the selection of individuals approved for assistance through IMAP. For information on other training programs, please contact your local OhioMeansJobs Center.
How do I Enroll?
IMAP training providers offer both online and in-person programs. Ohioans are encouraged to choose the training program that best fits their needs whether it is conducted in-person within their community or online in a different region of the state.
